	Ordered food at 18:15 and did not recieve food until 21:15 after chasing delivery twice!!! was told the driver was on "trial" this is why it took so long. on the plus side of this, i recieved a full refund so had the food completely free and a member of staff delivered a box of chocolate and a card saying "sorry" the next day which was unexpected. i enjoyed the food very much and will continue to order from gordans again, just hope food comes a little quicker next time! :-) Lucy brown - 24MAR13

	Your food is fantastic and we are very regular customers on a saturday night. sometimes our order is late but nothing that would put us off from ordering from you. our main problem is on a sat night when we have called or driven to your shop you are randomly closed with no information why this is. nevertheless food is brilliant and delivery staff are always friendly. 	The food was delicious and great value for money!!! was told the food would be delivered within 45mins - 1 hour...(which would have been fine)...but actually arrived in 30 mins!!! the lady on the phone read the order back to me without me having to ask...which i liked...(i hate having to ask them to do that as i feel like i'm being rude to think that they might not have got it right.)..and she was very polite!!! scrummy, filling, affordable, quick, no hassle food...will definately be going to gordons again!!! 	Exceptional customer service, really lovely staff. a little slow, took over an hour for delivery. but new to bristol so this may be the norm. food was delicious, most tender goat i've had. for the price i don't think the portions need to be so large. the food is quite consuming as it is. however this is hardly a complaint! all in all a very satisfied customer. 	* owner response** just wanted to again thank you all for the feedback both positive and negative. we are a company built around servicing our customers and we therefore take feedback very seriously. we have identified that on occasions deliveries take far to long and want to assure our customers this is something we are actively tackling. on nights such as tonight where we have 5/6 drivers covering the whole city its very hard to be able to keep up with the level of orders we get, with some as far as bath and taunton. we are in the process of opening a second branch with a view to servicing the city quicker and more efficiently and thus provide the service and produce we aspire to as a company. many thanks for your continued custom. dan gordon Dan gordon - 25NOV12
